The process of finger-jointing is one of the most stable methods for longitudinal wood joints.

Therefore we have decided to supplement our existing vertical finger jointing line with a new horizontal finger jointing line.

The worldwide renowned method of horizontal finger jointing opens up new possibilities for us – and new dimensions for you. The horizontal arrangement of the tines enables optimum processing of the raw material while improving the joint surfaces at the same time. Thanks to the high level of automation on this new line, our production process is optimized down to the last detail.

Fully automated measuring systems guarantee best quality.

The results are perfectly closed, splinter-free wood joints – even with critical profiles. State-of-the-art electronic measuring systems guarantee the highest product quality during each individual production step.

Tolerances of up to +/- 0.05 mm are already reality for us.
